I didn't have a lot of feelings about marathons before now. To be honest I hated (and still hate) to run almost as bad and I hated constantly hearing about people running to prepare for these type of things. But I stand corrected, if you haven't ever seen people crossing the finish line at a marathon you really can't judge! It is such an amazing/emotional thing to witness. And this was only the HALF!
Anyway Rob did awesome he finished the Half which is 13.1 miles in 1:52! He did awesome and I was SO proud watching him finish. With Rob I find myself wondering if there is anything he can't do! Then I quickly remember he can't dance worth a crap :)! Here are some fun and some funny pics from the day. One small explanation first, I took these first pictures as an 8mo pregnant person, with Blakeley on my shoulders, my foot holding the stroller so it wouldn't roll away, camera in hand, and my heart beating out of my chest hoping I hadn't missed Rob running through the finish line! It was quite a sight. Thank heaven for Jena, she took the closer up pics of him that are below! Thanks Jens!
Ha Ha, Rob is in black about 5 people back!Again on the Left :)

Jena's Pictures so much better thankfully!
Joe, Blakeley, Natalie, Rob, Andy, Deidre
Nat ran the 5K and Rob, Andy, and Deidre all ran the Half!
So this picture makes me laugh even harder than the crappy ones I took of Rob running! Rob looks like a 10yr old next to Andy or they look like they could be "Partners!"
Blakeley cheered so cute for her Daddy, So proud!
We went to Park City with the Ortgiesen's later that day. We shopped, swam, and tried to stay up late playing games but that wasn't the greatest idea when the hubbies had ran 13 miles that morning! Oh well!Addy, Blakes, and Charlee snugglin in bed!
3 darling little girls in their new outfits-they all wanted their hair in piggies too!
Blakeley pulls scary faces lately when you ask her to smile!
Riding on the luggage cart.

Riding on the luggage cart.It was a fun and tiring weekend. I felt like I had ran a marathon after walking my pregnant -A- around the outlets all day. It was well worth it though, I found lots of cute things for Blakes and for baby Townley too!

Her Loot!!
Sorry but she is darling, what a serious little face!!

Stoked about her bubble wand and other fun toys that it was too dang cold to go outside and play with!
Painting mommy's nails with her new polish. Not sure the Easter Bunny had that in mind when choosing the nail polish for her basket. Wink, wink!
There were lots of hunters but plenty of eggs!

We played a fun game of Easter
Sweet Blakers
